Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Productivity Expertz website. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients and others who access or use our Services.
- Productivity Expertz requires a minimum of 7 days notice of any cancellation to a pre-registered Training by a participant. Notification will be accepted only through registered email.
- In such case, No refund will be made but participant may be adjusted in the next batch subject to availability of the seats.
- Substitutions (i.e. another person can attend in your place) can be made any time without any extra cost.
- Productivity Expertz reserve the right to cancel or rescheduled trainings due to unavoidable reasons. Every effort will be made to give participants a reasonable notice of cancellation.
- Productivity Expertz will not be responsible for any costs incurred due to training cancellation
- In case the Training gets rescheduled, the participant will be booked into a future training within 30 days. In case the training gets cancelled the participant will receive a full refund of booking amount within 10 days. Our preferred payment and refund method is either Internet Banking or through Cheque/DD.
- Productivity Expertz reserve the right to modify the number of the seats as per the requirement
- All disputes subject to Noida Jurisdiction only.
- For all our services, Payment should be released within the time period mentioned in the proposal or within the jointly approved days, otherwise your company account will be automatically inactivated without any notice period but not deleted.
- If your company account remains inactive for 60 days then it will be permanently deleted without any prior notice.
- ssessment reports, Feedback reports, Registration reports and Survey and other reports will last only for 15 days. So keep downloading data on a regular basis, no request will be entertained after 15 days because it is not a manual process.
- We ensure data confidentiality at every cost. We do not sell, distribute, share data to anyone.
- All disputes subject to Noida jurisdiction only.
